Christine Gear began her journey in the business arena

at the age of 24 seeking to play her part in creating fi nancial

freedom for their family. At that time her husband, Neale, had

a career in the banking industry working long hours. During

this time Christine did whatever was required to learn, grow

and develop as a business woman.

In 1994, Neale and Christine formed their own

company, GHS International Pty Ltd., and became distributors

within an international network marketing organization

whose values lined up with their own. Their fi rst business

goal was to grow a team of leaders by providing simple

and effective systems that would assist everyday mums,

dads, professionals, executives and leaders to achieve those

At that time her husband, Neale, had a career in the banking industry working long hours. During this time Christine did whatever was required to learn, grow and develop as a business woman.

In 1994, Neale and Christine formed their own company, GHS International Pty Ltd; and became distributors within an international network marketing organization whose values lined up with their own. Their first business goal was to grow a team of leaders by providing simple and effective systems that would assist everyday mums, dads, professionals, executives and leaders to achieve those things that were important to them – whether time and financial freedom, multiple streams of income, better health, impacting the planet, personal development, helping those less fortunate, providing a retirement plan or leaving a legacy for the future.

In 2003, Christine and Neale formed a registered charity called Eagle House for the purpose of providing practical and transformational opportunities for women and children in crisis situations. The heartfelt goal is to have Eagle House Projects in various forms throughout every major metropolitan location around Australia, with a vision that extends internationally.

Today, Christine, Neale and their three adult sons have experienced the ups and downs of business and recognise that their success is due to the keys learned and shared throughout this book. They have achieved all the top awards connected with their company and are honored to still hold the top rank of Crown, Triple and Double Crystal Diamond at the time of writing “The Perfect Fit”.

With a passion for people, and a commitment to bring growth and change into the lives of others, Christine has created an empowering leadership culture generating a leveraged, residual, multi-million dollar income for those she trains.

As well as being a wife, mother and business co-owner, Christine is an entrepreneur, a licensed Marketplace Minister with Christian International Ministries Network, the women’s leader with River of Life Church and a board member of The Cage Foundation. She is also a sought-after mentor, coach, leader, international speaker and trainer and member of numerous strategic planning forums and committees.

In an often negative world, she fans the flame of possibility into the minds and hearts of those she meets and, as a result, leads a business that extends globally while enjoying the freedom and lifestyle of multi-millionaires.
